What type of products do you sell?

We offer digital products such as picture or planner-based templates, journaling prompt worksheets These are delivered electronically. They can be printed, used digitally through your PDF customizer apps or Canva template links.

How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

 After your payment is processed successfully, you will receive a download link directly to your email address provided during checkout. In some cases, you may also be able to download the product instantly from a confirmation page on our website. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) if you don't see the email immediately.)

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods. 

    Can I get a refund for my digital product?

    Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been provided, or access has been granted. Please review the product description carefully before making your purchase.

    What are the terms of use for your digital products?

    Our digital products are licensed for unlimited personal use only. You are not permitted to share them if our branding is removed, or to resell, distribute for commercial use, or make monetary gains from them. Please see our full Terms and Conditions page for more details.
